The Seven Words You Can (Should) Never Say at an IEP Meeting

Have you ever heard, “It’s in your child’s best interest” at an IEP team meeting? It might make you feel as if you, the parent, have neglected whatever you could do to help your child. Read this blog post and relax. You are not a bad parent–simply a parent who needs new definitions for your special education terms. Beware of special meanings of special needs terms. English isn’t English at an IEP team.
