Special Needs Subscription Plan, paid in installments
We help you discover and get what your child needs at school and then oversee the results for a year (10 months). Our thorough analysis, knowledge of law and school process, and ability to explain confusing aspects of special education and disability law to you give you a distinct advantage when you advocate for your child. You save time, money, and get a better result than trying to go it alone. The subscription plan is an incredible value for you.
You make a retainer prepayment of $100, good for 10-1/3 hours of assistance. What we don’t use is refunded to you, or if hours go longer, you refresh your retainer and we continue. You can find the Payment button at the “Payments” tab for convenient credit or debit card payments. Check payments can also be arranged.

Help Parent Prepare One IEP or Accommodation Proposal – Project flat fee from $99
We talk for up to an hour, your child’s file is carefully reviewed during and after interview, and an IEP or Sec. 504 plan you can propose at your school meeting results. Cases with complicated histories require more engagement. With our experienced approach, we get to the heart of the problem early, to help you get on with what your child needs.
Help Parent Prepare One Behavior Management Plan Proposal – Project flat fee from $149
Depending on the case history, a personal parent interview, file review, and (where necessary) collaborative consultation with child behavior specialist are coordinated and incorporated into a plan proposal. The parent may then use this proposed plan draft at school meetings touching on behavior issues, as a guide to knowledgeable and productive outcomes for the child.
Personal appearances with parent, hourly fee from $99
We go with you and speak for you, at your discretion, at school meetings, negotiations, mediation, hearing. File and case preparation, which may take longer than the meeting, itself, is also billed unless previously covered by a subscription plan or flat fee package (see above).
Search for related services provider, hourly fee from $49
Getting the right service provider often creates a good atmosphere for collaborative relationships with school professionals. We search and recommend the best related service providers available for your child’s needs. We maintain discriminating lists of licensure and experience criteria, so that your child’s successful progress remains the driving force behind our work. We can usually present you with choices of highly qualified providers, already vetted and ready to begin work with you after you select the right fit.
